How It Works
Book Your Assessment
A Self-Assessment Questionnaire
Two forms will need to be completed before your assessment. One form is completed by you, and the second is completed by a family member or someone close to you who has known you for a number of years.
These questionnaires help your ADHD specialist better understand you and your symptoms – for a more accurate ADHD diagnosis and treatment plan.
The ADHD Assessment
The assessment is a 90-minute online video ADHD assessment with your personal Clinician. You can consider it a relaxed, non-judgmental discussion with your clinician about symptoms, medical history, and complaints. The assessment will also include counselling on the various treatment options used to manage ADHD.
Your Assessment Report
The report will detail:
- Diagnostic outcome – this will tell you if you have been diagnosed with ADHD and what type of ADHD it is.
- An explanation of the diagnosis findings.
- Proposed treatment plan and options.
- Information Pack on how to move forward with your treatment plan.

Faultless from start to finish...I have been wanting to get diagnosed for years but didn't have the funds for a costly assesment. I found adhd certify on social media and was thrilled to see their great reviews, and competitive price. I was able to use a payment plan, and book my assesment on booking within a week or so. Janine was incredible and immediately put me at ease. I found our session to be very healing and emotional. She told me her honest thoughts on our call and then I received an official diagnosis letter within a week. I am in the process of arranging my medication..and finally feel empowered when it comes to my mental health. Thank you!Posted on Fab and EllTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Everything has been really easy any quick, Annisah was very friendly and insightful during medication reviews and the medication I have (Elvanse) is really helping me!Posted on Katie RussellTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a video assessment with Hayley, she was absolutely amazing and made me feel comfortable opening up but was also thorough and gave me my diagnosis at the end of the assessment.Posted on Jack CollinsTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had my medication review with Annisah. It went very well, and she seemed interested in my overall journey; it wasn't just the standard questions about the medication. Due to the answers I gave to Annisah's questions, it became apparent that I needed extra medication. I genuinely don't think that a less thorough review would have raised this. So, thank you.JackPosted on Emma HarrisonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Really thirough really helpful and I feel aafe with my mental Health in their handsPosted on Emily WilsdonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Cannot recommend enough. The process was fast, compassionate and the assessment felt incredibly personable and truly empathetic. The report following was amazingly detailed and having now started medication, the prescribing team (Anthony in my experience) has been brilliant. My only regret is that I didn't pursue this sooner. I cannot believe how quickly my everyday anxiety/dread has turned into calm, productive and happier days. Invest in yourself and book an appointment.Posted on Hasan HussainTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I want to thank Adhd certify, particularly Anisa and Anthony my prescriber who have changed my life for the better. They listened to my concerns and adapted my medication to my current needs during medication reviews. This has had a huge positive impact on my life and I owe it to them. Thank you guysPosted on Louise BTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Disappointing. Told during consultation my tests revealed high adhd and autism. And my daughter has it. Assumed genetics. At last I think. I can get meds that might slow my brain down, stop doing stupid things, loose things and increase my concentration. As didn't agree with bpd diagnosis. Told I'd get an email later that day with diagnosis. I never did. 4 days later short email saying I had neither!Verified by TrustindexTrustindex verified badge is the Universal Symbol of Trust.
