STEP 1

Book in for an Assessment

You can book your ADHD assessment by clicking here

To ensure the right ADHD treatment for you, a diagnosis is necessary.

STEP 2

Fill in Your Simple Self-Assessment Questionnaire

A self-assessment questionnaire can be filled in by either yourself or someone close to you.

The purpose of the questionnaire is to allow your ADHD specialist to better understand you, your symptoms and your needs. This in turn will lead to a more accurate ADHD diagnosis and treatment plan.

The questionnaire comes as a link which is emailed to you. All you need to do is click the link, complete the multiple choice questions and press submit! It is as easy as that.

STEP 3

The ADHD Assessment

The assessment itself comes in the form of a 90 minute online video link ADHD assessment with your personal Clinician.

This is conducted via a relaxed, informal interview, where your Clinician will explore your symptoms.

You will not be made to feel under pressure during the assessment, and if you struggle to answer any questions, this is perfectly normal and will cause no difficulty with the assessment.

The ADHD assessment will also include counselling on the various treatment options which are used to manage ADHD.

You will receive the video link via email. All you need to do is click the link at the time of your appointment, and you will be connected with your Clinician.

STEP 4

Receive Your Report

Within 10 working days of your ADHD assessment, you will receive your report by email.

The report will detail:
• Diagnostic outcome – this will tell you clearly if you have been diagnosed with ADHD and what type of ADHD it is (there are different types of ADHD).
• An explanation of the diagnosis findings
• Proposed treatment plan and options
• Information Pack on how to move forward with your treatment plan

STEP 5

What Happen After ADHD Diagnosis?

If you receive a positive diagnosis of ADHD and decide to start medication as part of your treatment plan, we can provide both the prescriptions and arrange for the medication to be delivered directly to your home. We aim for a fast turn around of medications but also a stress free process for yourself.

Starting ADHD Medication

The most effective and common treatment for ADHD is commonly understood to be ADHD Medication. However, each individual is unique and so too is the management of their ADHD symptoms.

Medication must be initiated according to NICE (National Institute of Clinical Excellence) guidelines.

As part of these guidelines, your dose will be increased until a point where your symptoms are optimally and safely controlled.
This will require a number of ‘Medication Follow up’ appointments, during which the ADHD Clinician will review your medication dosing and make appropriate changes to your prescription.
