How It Works
Book Your Assessment
A Self-Assessment Questionnaire
Two forms will need to be completed before your assessment. One form is completed by you, and the second is completed by a family member or someone close to you who has known you for a number of years.
These questionnaires help your ADHD specialist better understand you and your symptoms – for a more accurate ADHD diagnosis and treatment plan.
The ADHD Assessment
The assessment is a 90-minute online video ADHD assessment with your personal Clinician. You can consider it a relaxed, non-judgmental discussion with your clinician about symptoms, medical history, and complaints. The assessment will also include counselling on the various treatment options used to manage ADHD.
Your Assessment Report
The report will detail:
- Diagnostic outcome – this will tell you if you have been diagnosed with ADHD and what type of ADHD it is.
- An explanation of the diagnosis findings.
- Proposed treatment plan and options.
- Information Pack on how to move forward with your treatment plan.

What Our Clients Say About Their Journey
Here’s How Our Clients Assessed Us
EXCELLENT Based on 155 reviews Posted on Rebecca GriceTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a thoroughly reassuring experience throughout my diagnosis journey. Toni, my assessor, was incredibly empathetic, comforting and calm in gauging my answers to lots of questions (which can be tricky with an ADHD brain when the assessment takes a long time!) I found her manner to be extremely reassuring and kind - which really put me at ease throughout a nerve wracking process. I had a slight issue with the payment not being recieved within 60 minutes of booking the appointment - however the support team on the telephone and emails were extremely helpful with rectifying this and ensuring my original appointment time and date was kept to. The report is incredibly detailed and comprehensive - providing a really clear insight into my brain and how it works (some people who have known me well for years couldn’t have explained it as well as the report does!) and the workplace reasonable adjustments letter is incredibly useful - as most of my difficulties were experienced in the workplace. Overall, I am delighted at my experience and so glad I chose to do this privately through this company and would highly recommend to anyone seeking clarification - like me.Posted on Marlene LamontTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Fade was absolutely AMAZING 👏 🤩 The service from this company is exceptional, Im so grateful, thanks so so much for everything ❤️ xxxPosted on Danny McCloyTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recently reached a dead end with the NHS and decided to pursue a private route through my medical insurance. Unfortunately, although I was referred to an ADHD specialist, my insurance would not cover the assessment and were unable to advise on alternative providers. After finding this company online, I called late afternoon on Friday the 9th and spoke with a member of staff (apologies, I can’t recall her name) to get more information about the process and next steps. She explained everything clearly and in detail, and was extremely helpful. Following that call, I booked an appointment for Sunday the 11th with Shymaa Sword. She was professional, friendly, and very easy to talk to. The assessment felt relaxed throughout—I often forgot I was even being assessed—and I received my diagnosis by the end of the call. The full report was issued the following week. I then began the titration process with Annisah, which has progressed very efficiently. We quickly established that I required higher dosages, with several adjustments along the way. Once stable, the team contacted the NHS on my behalf to request shared care. Although this was unfortunately declined, it was something I had anticipated. Overall, all staff involved in my care have been excellent. I would highly recommend this service to anyone considering a private ADHD assessment.Posted on Michael WarrenTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The experience with ADHD Certify from booking an assessment till today has been nothing but positive. My initial assessment took place in December 2025, this was booked with Shymaa who was nothing short of wonderful. Medical appointments have always been nerve wracking so i expected no different. HOWEVER i couldn't have been more wrong, Shymaa made me feel completely at ease, listened to and was fantastic from start to finish, receiving a diagnosis of Combined type/Predominantly Inattentive was initially very overwhelming especially at 34 years of age but has also answered a lot of questions for both myself and my family. I decided to try medication and initiation was completed by Juliette along with subsequent reviews and again it was all positive, My last Review was with Fade who was understanding, caring and couldn't have listened more, and she initiated a shared care argreement with my GP who was happy to accept everything Thank you so much to everyone!Posted on Alex NesbittTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Annisah was so lovely, professional, and understanding!Posted on Sophie RichTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. A very positive experience, with well informed practitioner who made the experience easyPosted on CodysTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Very relaxed and professional exactly how I had hopedPosted on Andrew LoganTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a very positive experience with Asana throughout my ADHD assessment. She was extremely patient, kind, considerate, and professional from start to finish. What stood out most was how well she balanced keeping the assessment structured while also allowing me the space to explain things in my own way. At times I would go off track or need redirected, and she did this in a calm, supportive, and respectful way that never made me feel rushed or uncomfortable. I do not find it easy to talk openly about how I am feeling or explain my difficulties, but she made me feel at ease and created an environment where I felt able to speak honestly. She showed a very clear understanding of the issues I was describing and listened properly to what I was saying. We actually went over our allotted time because I needed a lot of redirecting and explanation, but at no point did I feel under pressure to leave out important details or speed things up. This was particularly important to me, as in the past I have often felt rushed by other professionals and unable to fully explain myself. She not only recognised and diagnosed the ADHD traits I had long suspected, but also identified that I have combined ADHD, rather than only the hyperactive presentation I had originally believed I had. I felt listened to, understood, and taken seriously throughout the process. Overall, I am very grateful for the way the assessment was handled and would highly recommend her.Posted on Melanie HalseyTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
