How It Works
Book Your Assessment
A Self-Assessment Questionnaire
Two forms will need to be completed before your assessment. One form is completed by you, and the second is completed by a family member or someone close to you who has known you for a number of years.
These questionnaires help your ADHD specialist better understand you and your symptoms – for a more accurate ADHD diagnosis and treatment plan.
The ADHD Assessment
The assessment is a 90-minute online video ADHD assessment with your personal Clinician. You can consider it a relaxed, non-judgmental discussion with your clinician about symptoms, medical history, and complaints. The assessment will also include counselling on the various treatment options used to manage ADHD.
Your Assessment Report
The report will detail:
- Diagnostic outcome – this will tell you if you have been diagnosed with ADHD and what type of ADHD it is.
- An explanation of the diagnosis findings.
- Proposed treatment plan and options.
- Information Pack on how to move forward with your treatment plan.

EXCELLENT Based on 188 reviews Posted on Google Shelly O'HareTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Shymaa was brilliant, patient and kindPosted on Google sharon boydTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I found the whole process with ADHD Certify very easy, straightforward and stress free. I really liked that I was able to choose whom I wanted to work with and complete my assessment. I chose Asana and she was absolutely wonderful. She was very easy to talk to and very patient. My final outcome took a couple of weeks with Asana involving another colleague to go through my case as there were multiple factors that needed to be considered. I appreciate the care and how thorough Asana was in ensuring that my diagnosis was accurate. I would recommend without any hesitation.Posted on Google Mrs HTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Two of my sons and I have been assessed and diagnosed with ADHD. Our first experience was an in-person assessment (with 2 meetings) and a questionnaire for education to complete at a local private clinic. Our second and third (our second son and myself) were assessed by Hayley Beeden at ADHD Certify. Booking was simple with plenty of options. I initially read about each assessor and choose Hayley as I felt drawn to her. The information given at the end of the assessment and in the report (32 pages) was much more thorough and comprehensive than the in-person experience we'd had first time around. Throughout our son's assessment, Hayley was kind, compassionate, real and put us at ease. That's why I chose her for my own assessment. At the end of the process, our son was back to being 'our boy'. It was like the weight of the world had been lifted from his shoulders. I'm still processing my diagnosis. Relieved but sad. Relieved that I feel seen, validated but sad that I've lived so long not knowing why I felt the way I did. Hayley's kindness, insight and reassurances made the news easier. I would definitely recommend and trust Hayley Beeden at ADHD Certify with you and your family members's assessments.Posted on Google Wendy AddinellTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. ADHD Certify has genuinely changed my life. After years of feeling like I was crazy or that it was all in my head, I finally felt seen and validated. The support has been amazing, from the team answering my endless questions to helping me secure last-minute appointments (all those adhd people will know this well) A special thank you to Annisah she is incredibly kind and caring. For the first time, I felt like someone actually understood what I was going through. I’ve now successfully moved to shared care (which is unheard of in my area), and I couldn't be more grateful.
