I have been working within mental health for over 20 years in several different settings such as private CAMHS (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services) hospitals, prisons A and E, Home Treatment Teams and Drug and Alcohol Teams.

I am dedicated to providing person-centred care and have enjoyed my time working within neurodevelopment pathways, particularly ADHD pathways in CAMHS (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services) community teams and Youth teams.

I am extremely flexible and able to work remotely and pride myself on being able to build rapport with clients online and still provide my clients with a quality service as if we were meeting me face to face.

I do this by using my highly developed caring and interpersonal skills that I have perfected throughout the many years I have been practising nursing and also the emotional intelligence skills I have picked up over the years. Post-pandemic we have all had to embrace a new way of working and I have been flexible to embrace this new challenge.

I am also intentional about keeping up with the latest ADHD guidelines so that my practice is relevant and up to date and I look forward to working with clients on their recovery journeys.
