Testimonials

Very good! John Donnelley was very patient and understanding. Life changing to be honest, step done but I feel so good about our appointment

I was anxious before i had my assessment session but John was lovely and put me at ease.

I had my session today with John Donnelly, he put me at ease and it didn't feel too clinical, he explained how the session would work and the individual tests/results which I really appreciated. I'm aware that it's not always possible to do so but he was able to give me my diagnosis at the end of the call which was amazing and quite emotional. I would 100% recommend anyone thinking about going the private route for a diagnosis - especially if you suspect you don't have the hyperactivity part but are more inattentive like me. It's the best money I've spent in years. Looking forward to receiving my full report and proceeding with medication which I have no doubt will go as smooth as everything else has done so far.

The whole process was professional and respectful. I felt supported, heard and understood for the first time in a very long time.

100% Recommend ADHD Certify!!!! fast response, great price, Best customer service & amazing clinicians.

So glad i chose this company and quick responses on any information i needed and very kind practitioner strongly recommend thank you for my diagnosis.

Extremely easy process- very comfortable and thorough assessment

I couldn't believe how quickly I could get assessed and get the medication that I need. It was effortless to book in and much cheaper than other places that I had researched. I could use Klarna too which made a big difference for me. The professional that looked after me was very professional, friendly and caring. Overall, an amazing service.

For context, I am a 25 year old female, who had been treated overseas for ADHD but did not have a formal and accepted UK diagnosis. I contacted ADHD Certify as I have been waiting more than a year to get seen by the NHS and have been told that the waiting list is now north of 3 years, but I could no longer cope with my symptoms as they were affecting my daily life and I needed to do something about it despite the cost as it was that important to me. The process was very smooth and simple, I was asked to fill out some forms online in preparation for the assessment and give permission for access to my NHS medical record - they did the rest. Then, I could easily book a date for my assessment online, with weekend options available (a game changer). My assessment lasted around 1.5 hrs and the clinician who assessed me was very lovely and understanding. He did assure me that some questions may be uncomfortable to answer and that I could take my time. Only a couple of hours after my assessment, I got a call to tell me the result of the assessment and that I would be receiving my report of diagnosis. Not only did I receive my very detailed report, I got also got a letter if I wanted to share with an employer and some recommendations for online resources that may help. Oh, and, I called the customer service line to ask when my report would be ready and I didn't even have to wait in a call queue, and the lady who helped me was beyond lovely and so efficient. Thanks ADHD Certify! I can now confidently go into starting my treatment knowing I'm in great hands.

Having previously had two terrible experiences with the NHS whilst trying to get diagnosed for ADHD, an opportunity arose as I was now in a position to pay for a diagnosis myself so I decided to have a look around online. I found ADHD Certify on a google search and they were by far the best value for money. I had a good look in to their company and did some research before going ahead, I was even able to chat to someone live who explained how it worked and reassured me of any of my worries. The process itself was so simple - I chose a date and a clinician for my assessment and also chose a payment plan which suited my current financial situation. The assessment itself was thorough, after a few Wifi issues their end, we decided to do the assessment over the phone and it went very smoothly. The clinician was helpful, patient and willing to answer all of my questions and was able to offer a diagnosis at the end of the session. I did have to wait a little longer than expected for my documents to come through but when I received them, they were fully detailed and included a certificate, full explanation of diagnosis and and a letter for your workplace. If you have the means to pay for a diagnosis (at a reasonable price + option of payment plan) then I would definitely recommend doing it - being diagnosed in the comfort of your home with experienced clinician has been life changing for me. Thank you ADHD Certify for making this process easy and accessible and ADHD-friendly!

I would thoroughly recommend ADHD Certify. My wait time for appointment was minimal and everything on the run up was so simple. The price is half what I was going to pay which was good. I was assessed my John Donnelly who really put me at ease and I liked finding out about the diagnosis during the assessment and hugely appreciated the guidance I received re my diagnosis and my medication. I received my report within 10 days and look forward to starting my medication and having more balance in my life. Thank you

After a lot of research, I decided on this service to support the assessment of my 12 year old granddaughter. From the start of the booking everything was explained and fully supported until the day of the assessment. The practitioner was exceptional. John made my granddaughter feel at ease, was friendly and thorough. He explained everything in detail and more than what we were expecting. The completed report arrived exactly as stated. The follow up after with the supporting letter and awareness around the medication was fantastic. This has certainly helped my granddaughter with her transition into secondary school and receive the tailored support for her needs within the school. After battling the education system for many years prior to this - it has been a sense of relief! I know going forward this will help make a big difference to her life. I can not thank you enough and would highly recommend this service.

I've always known that my brain doesn't work like other people around me. I just never knew what to call it. After years of struggling with poor mental health and being fobbed off by the NHS, I decided to take the plunge and go private. I'm so pleased that I did. Being told why I struggle with things others find so simple made me feel validated. It was a huge relief to know, not only why I do/don't do and also knowing there is help has completely changed my perceptions of myself. After having bad experiences prior to trying ADHD Certify I was worried about how the assessment would go. I needn't have worried. I was soon put at ease with a friendly face. The assessment was explained clearly and I think the part that made me feel really comfortable was when I was told I could stop and ask questions whenever I wanted and not to leave them until the end. As someone who accidentally talks over people before I forget what I need to say this was amazing. The actual assessment wasn't as intrusive as I thought it would be and it felt more like talking to a friend that being analysed. Once it was over it was also a relief to be told the diagnosis, treatment plan and options that I had. Not having to wait for a letter meant I didn't have to worry or over think it. I just wish I had this support when I was much younger as it would have made such a huge difference. I would highly recommend these services to anyone that suspects themselves to have ADHD as there is help out there that can make your life easier. You don't have to keep suffering and the support makes a huge difference.
