I am a qualified Mental Health Nurse with a strong focus on ADHD. I support children, young people, and adults throughout their diagnostic and care journey. I hold a BA in Early Childhood Studies and an MSc in Mental Health Nursing.

With over 15 years of experience in healthcare and education, I have worked in prisons, high-to-low secure mental health services, acute mental health care, community services, and specialist assessment teams. These roles have given me a broad understanding of the different needs and challenges faced by individuals and families.

I have a particular expertise and interest in conducting ADHD assessments and working closely with people to ensure they feel supported and understood. In addition, I am trained in ADOS-2 and ADI-R, which strengthens my ability to contribute to comprehensive neurodevelopmental assessments where ADHD and autism may overlap.

My approach is warm, supportive, and person-centred, with a commitment to making the ADHD assessment process clear and as comfortable as possible. I believe every individual deserves to feel listened to, understood, and empowered.

Outside of clinical work, I continue to build my expertise through ongoing professional development, keeping up to date with best practice guidelines in ADHD and neurodevelopmental care.
