What Our Clients Say About Their Journey
Here’s How Our Clients Assessed Us
EXCELLENT Based on 214 reviews Posted on Google Ilana TrestonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I want to share a very strong recommendation for Dr Rebecca Wilson and Robin Symister at ADHD Certify where I recently completed an ADHD assessment and medication initiation. I cannot recommend both of them enough. Our discussions covered an incredible amount of in-depth and highly personal information and detail, and yet it felt natural and comfortable while still being highly professional. They and ADHD Certify were recommended to me by friends and I'm extremely grateful for the recommendations and will happily recommend her to both family and friends. I also want to mention how easy and quickly I managed to book an appointment and how promptly they followed up with medication assessments and sent the medication. It made the whole process easy and accessible and is already beginning to have a real impact on my life. Thank you!Posted on Google jasmine freestoneTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had my medication appointment with Robin and immediately felt settled and comfortable. She was very kind, approachable, and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience feel much less overwhelming. I felt that she listened to me really well, took my concerns seriously, and gave me the space to explain how I’ve been feeling without feeling rushed or judged. I really appreciated how collaborative the appointment felt, and I was very happy with the decision we came to regarding medication. Overall, it was a really positive experience and I left the appointment feeling reassured, heard, and supported. Thank you, Robin.Posted on Google Louise O'DonnellTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I've had a really positive experience so far. My prescriber is Annisah & she's wonderful, helpful & knowledgeable. She's really helpful with getting to the bottom of things to help improve your symptoms. I don't feel I need to mask in appointments, and she's patient with me waffling on about every detail possible, lol. On top of this the admin are really fast to respond (sometimes I receive responses within the same hour) and accommodating. I wanted to split payments, like paying for appointments & medication separately, & they were happy for me to do this straight away. Some aspects feel pretty expensive, but it is everywhere, and you can try to transfer bits over to the NHS in stages if you are expecting to take multiple medications. If you're looking for a sign to take the plunge with the long waiting times on the NHS, here is a really good option. My assessment with Lisa was also extremely thorough and she was lovely. I was screened beforehand & during for any other mental illness explanations other than ADHD. This level of thoroughness was really what I was hoping for! My biggest tip is - It's best to make a detailed list of issues you've noticed (whether you're sure it's ADHD or not) to bring to your assessment. You can send it over to them beforehand too. If you have had any record of any sort of birth complications however minor, they'll ask you about this too so bring this! I was worried my problem was something called Cognitive Disengagement Syndrome, but apparently it's common for this to overlap with Inattentive ADHD and we've based my treatment around these symptoms.Posted on Google Melanie VassTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Really good service from ADHD Certify and the assessor Hayley. From booking the assessment, right through to the assessment, I felt safe and knew what was happening and when. They kept in regular contact. Hayley was very kind, friendly and easy to communicate with. I do highly recommend this companyPosted on Google Jareth JohnsonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Our son's assessment was with Rizwana and we could not be more pleased with how friendly and knowledgeable she was. Every question I had recieved a detailed and informative response. I work as an ADHD Strategy coach and see people daily who tell me about their assessment experience for better or worse and I'm very relieved that when it came to trusting someone to diagnose our son that we chose Rizwana and ADHD Certify.Posted on Google Lee CopelandTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Current ADHD assessment waiting list in my area is 3 years, got an appointment with ADHD certify within a week, assessment took about 2 and a half hours by video call and got the report back in 8 days.
