Rebecca Wilson

I joined ADHD Certify as a Consultant in November 2025, after 20 years of experience working as a Psychiatrist and Medical Leader in the NHS.

 

I graduated from Medical School in Dundee in 2004 and worked at a variety of locations around the UK whilst training these included Southampton, London, Glasgow, Derby and then Rotherham where I worked as a Consultant Psychiatrist for 13 years.

 

I am a General Adult Psychiatrist with specialist experience in Perinatal Psychiatry, Adult ADHD and Rehabilitation Psychiatry.

 

Between 2019 and 2024 i was the lead consultant for a large NHS Adult ADHD team, I also have private sector roles assessing and treating patients with ADHD diagnosed in adulthood.

 

I am passionate about patient focused care, adapted to suit the individual and believes strongly in the relationship between healthy lifestyle changes to promote good mental health.
