Registered Learning DIsability Nurse (RNLD) | Trained in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)

I am a Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals with neurodevelopmental conditions, including ADHD and autism. My career has focused on working with both children and adults across a variety of settings, including impatient and community, with a strong emphasis on person centred approaches. I have spent the last 5 years of my career delivery and supporting assessments of ADHD in a children’s service and I was the clinical lead in an ADHD assessment team.

I have completed training in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and I am nearing completion of my Level 5 qualification in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS). These qualifications enhance my ability to work with individuals who present with complex behaviours, emotional regulation difficulties, and co-occurring mental health needs.

I have a strong interest in ADHD and I am committed to delivering high quality, timely assessments that are clinically sound and supportive for both individuals and their families. I take a holistic approach that considers each person’s developmental history, current presentation, and wider context to inform accurate diagnosis and tailored recommendations.
