Mental Health Nurse and Neurodevelopment Specialist | Registered Nurse with the NMC | Member of the RCN and BAMAN

Hayley Beeden - clinician at ADHD Certify - ADHD Assessement - adhdcertify.co.uk
As a Mental Health Nurse and Neurodevelopment Specialist, I bring a unique combination of clinical expertise and personal understanding to my work. Over the course of my career, I have gained broad experience across palliative care, rehabilitation, forensic, and management settings, which has given me a deep appreciation of the diverse needs individuals and families may face. This background now underpins my specialism in neurodiversity, where my focus is on delivering thorough, sensitive, and empowering assessments for ADHD and autism.

As a proud mother with family members who have a diagnosis, I know firsthand how important this journey is and how life-changing the right support can be. That personal connection drives my commitment to ensuring every individual and family I meet feels understood, validated, and supported at every stage of the process.

I am a Registered Nurse with the NMC and a member of the RCN and BAMAN. I take pride in creating a supportive and collaborative space where people feel safe, respected, and empowered to explore their needs. My approach combines evidence-based practice with a belief in accessibility and the values celebrated within the ADHD certification community: compassion, expertise, effective communication, and holistic well‑being.

Alongside my clinical work, I also run my own clinical practice, which reflects my passion for high-quality, patient-centred care. I strive to make assessments not just a process, but a meaningful experience that offers clarity, reassurance, and a pathway forward.

My ultimate goal is simple: to make high-quality care accessible, and to provide safe, informative, and compassionate support that helps individuals and their families realise their full potential.
