NHS ADHD assessments are commissioned and funded by your local Integrated Care Board. Due to high demand across England, some ICBs are currently working within agreed annual funding limits, which means your assessment may be subject to a wait even after your referral is accepted.
Your legal right to choose your provider remains protected. We are actively working with ICBs across England to keep our service as accessible as possible and will update our availability as soon as new information comes in.

As of 3 November 2025, NHS South East London ICB introduced a new Adult ADHD Referrals Triage Service, which differs from the standard Right to Choose referral process.
This applies to all adults aged 18 and over registered with a GP in Bromley, Bexley, Greenwich, Lewisham, Lambeth, or Southwark.
The referral process for this ICB is as follows:
Complete your self-report form before your GP appointment.
Bring your completed form to your GP appointment. They will discuss your experiences and confirm whether an ADHD assessment is appropriate.
Your GP will submit a referral to the South East London Adult ADHD Referrals Triage Service via NHS e-Referral Service (e-RS).
The triage team will review your referral and contact you to arrange a short meeting to explain your assessment options, including Right to Choose providers such as ADHD Certify.
If you choose to proceed with ADHD Certify, the triage team will forward your referral to us and you will be added to our waitlist.
Please note that referrals submitted outside of this triage process cannot be accepted and will need to be resubmitted through the correct pathway, which may cause delays to your assessment.

Kerri was fantastic to speak to and made it really easy to open up to her. Very professional and knowledgeable, I would highly recommend Kerri to anyone wanting to look into an ADHD diagnosis.Posted on Google Hannah LouiseTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I've now had 2 medication appointments with Annisah, and I'm really happy with the care provided. She's been very attentive to my needs, any side effects etc whilst starting medication. She's been carefully selecting the medication and doses based on thorough medication review appointments to try and get me onto the correct medication and dosage as swiftly as possible. I feel very listened to, and she is always available for any queries or concerns between appts if needed. Really happy with the overall care of adhd certify so far.Posted on Google VickiTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Thorough, professional, and brilliant care. Having had experience of expensive private practices before, I can honestly say that ADHD Certify has been a vastly better experience. They do the exact same proper, full clinical assessment you get at those expensive clinics, but the big difference is how attentive and kind they are. Every single person I have dealt with at the company has been professional, warm, and highly qualified. They really take their time with you and you never feel rushed. The review is really all about Annisah, though, because she is exceptional. ADHD Certify uses highly specialised pharmacist prescribers, and Annisah is incredibly knowledgeable. She understands the titration process inside out and completely takes care of you the whole way through. She asks all the right questions to make sure you are doing well and adjustments are made safely. Annisah is an absolute pleasure to talk to, completely non-judgmental, and incredibly patient. I actually look forward to our appointments because of how supported she makes me feel. I would recommend ADHD Certify and Annisah to anyone looking for proper, compassionate care.Posted on Google Nico GeorgeTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
