Here’s How Our Clients Assessed Us
EXCELLENT Based on 72 reviews Posted on LewisTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My experience with ADHD Certify has been amazing at every step of the way. I opted for ADHDCertify because due to my location and lack of GPs offering shared care agreements, I will have to continue paying for my medication and ADHD certify was one of the most affordable but trustworthy providers. Before arranging anything, I emailed ADHDCertify to ask some questions RE pricing and they responded incredibly fast with clear and concise information. When arranging the diagnostic assessment you are able to pick your assessor and see relevant details about them. This is helpful as you can pick someone who you think may understand your specific situation better, or just pick a clinician who you think you'll find it easier to talk to. The assessment itself took about 90 minutes and was very considerate. My assessor was compassionate and helped me when needed without putting words in my mouth. After diagnosis ADHDCertify then sends you a report, the report is essentially a summary of the assessment with the diagnosis on it. Along with this then also provide you the information to book your first medication/titration appointment. Currently I am still going through titration, my clinician, Annisah, is very thoughtful and I consistently feel like I have the support of an expert to hand while also being able to easily advocate for myself. In my last appointment I felt that a medication wasn't working for me and wanted to switch and Annisah informed me of the alternatives, what I could expect, and what possibilities there were - I asked a crazy amount of questions and she answered them all clearly and without getting frustrated at my indecisiveness. In the end we switched to another medication and I feel very happy about it and I am confident that my ADHD is becoming more manageable. In terms of medication, ADHDCertify has a exclusive contract with a pharmacy. This means that your clinician sends your script to them directly, and then the pharmacy posts it to you. They say 2-5 days but my experience so far has been 1-3 days - the pharmacy seems to use something like Royal Mail 24 Tracked to ensure it comes fast. Overall my experience with ADHD Certify has been clear and good throughout. I would definitely recommend them.Posted on Jenny WellwoodTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This is not a 'easy' process- its quite difficult to organize, and then share with a healthcare stranger pertinant memories of childhood, and adult life, that perhaps, have had many negative ramifications on one's very notion of self. My ADHD Certify experience has been 5 star - the clarity and presentation of of all the forms and documentation was easy to follow and manage, presented in steps that made sense! Phew! And the interview aspect itself, which I found highly emotive- was handled with care, in a obvious trauma informed way. I felt respected, and that the professional in front of me understood the complexities and challenges of ADHD in such a way that I knew I was not being judged, but being understood.Posted on George HughesTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Juliette was really great at explaining the medication to me and answering any questions I had. I really appreciated her advice and had a great appointment with her. Thank youPosted on Angela AirlieTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recieved my ADHD assessment from Hayley, she was absolutely wonderful, felt like a chat with a friend whilst asking enough questions to get out all the relevant information required. If you are thinking of having and ADHD assessment I could not recommend Hayley higherPosted on Peter LingTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My son has been under their care since October last year, and the positive difference we’ve seen in him has been incredible. Rizwana’s guidance has been consistently thoughtful, responsive, and professional – any necessary adjustments are handled with such care and expertise. It’s clear they genuinely care about the wellbeing of the children they support.
Absolutley fantastic service. Felt at ease during the whole assessment. Very professional but also very friendly. Was made to feel like a person and even had a giggle during the assessment. Would recommend to anyone that’s looking to get diagnosed.
Was assessed by Rebecca, lovely bubbly person from the get go , made me feel relaxed and comfortable as I was nervous regarding the appointment, understand what I was saying and could relate very professional and knowledgeable, definitely would recommend ADHD certify and Rebecca , no issues at all , thank you again
The whole experience with ADHD Certify has been great. It was easy to find information about the assessment process, and simple to book. My Assessor was Kwasi, and he was really easy to talk to. I wish I could have recorded his explanation of how ADHD brains work; it was brilliantly affirmative.
