Fade Adesokan- clinician at ADHD Certify - ADHD Assessement - adhdcertify.co.uk
I am an NMC-registered mental health nurse and an independent nurse prescriber with extensive experience in health and social care. Throughout my career, I have worked in various settings, including Community Mental Health Services within the Complex Emotional Needs team, an Acute Psychiatric Mental Health ward,  Forensic Acute and Rehabilitation wards, Acquired Brain Injury Services, ADHD services in both CAMHS and adult settings, and providing support for individuals with learning disabilities.

I take pride in my reliability, compassion, and strong communication skills, which have earned me the respect of my colleagues and multidisciplinary teams. My holistic approach to service delivery aims to address the diverse needs of those I care for.

Additionally, I have completed specialised training, including Structural Clinical Management Practitioner Training at Anna Freud – University College London, and British Isles DBT Training, which has further enhanced my skills in medication management and psychological interventions.
