3
Medication Delivered
Once payment is received, your prescription is dispatched by our partner pharmacy. Most patients receive their medication within 3–5 working days, depending on payment timing, stock and weekends.
4
Titration Reviews
(every 3-4 weeks) Most patients need 4–5 review appointments to find their optimal dose; sometimes more, depending on individual response.
5
Stabilised
Once you’re settled on the right dose, you move to less frequent ongoing reviews, one at 3 months, then every 6 months.
6
Shared Care with Your GP
We contact your GP and request a Shared Care Agreement, so they can take over your prescriptions on the NHS. We continue seeing you for a 30-minute review every 6 months.
What is Titration,
and What Should You Expect?
Titration is the process of starting on a low dose of ADHD medication and adjusting it gradually, under clinical supervision, until we find the dose that works best for you.
Why does titration matter?

Shared Care:
We Work Towards Reducing Your Long-Term Costs
Once you’re stabilised on the right medication, we put together a Shared Care Agreement and send it to your GP. It sets out your diagnosis and treatment plan, and asks your GP to take over your ongoing prescriptions while we continue to see you for a 30-minute review every 6 months.
If your GP accepts
Your GP takes over prescribing through the NHS. We remain your specialist; if you’re ever unhappy with your medication, you come back to us, not your GP.
