Andrew Luces

Advanced Practitioner

I am a Registered Mental Health Nurse with more than 21 years of experience supporting individuals, families, and carers. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working across a wide range of mental health services, including neurodevelopmental, community, inpatient, forensic, criminal justice settings academia. Whether working as a Clinical Nurse Specialist, Team Manager, or Senior Lecturer at university, my focus has remained the same: providing compassionate, person centred care and helping people realise their full potential.

I have a deep appreciation for the unique strengths and complexities of neurodiversity, with extensive experience supporting people with ADHD, autism, and co-occurring needs such as anxiety and trauma. In my clinical practice, I specialise in thorough, evidence based neurodevelopmental assessments. My love of learning led me to complete an MSc and training in a range of psychological interventions, enabling me to tailor my approach to each individual, carer, and family. I also work closely with multidisciplinary colleagues to ensure your care is comprehensive, joined up, and genuinely centred on your needs.

I am passionate about providing neuro-affirming assessments that help you better understand yourself and access the right support. My aim is to create a safe, warm, and non-judgemental space where you feel heard and where your experiences and personal history are thoughtfully considered. Together, we can build clarity, confidence, and a positive path forward.

Outside work, I am an enthusiastic cricket fan and love unwinding by following the game whether that means keeping up with the latest match or simply enjoying all things cricket.
