1. Once you have completed the payment process, you will be redirected to the booking page to select an appointment date and time that is convenient for you.
2. We will send you a confirmation email along with two pre-assessment forms, which must be completed at least 72 hours before your chosen assessment dates. If you are unable to complete these forms within the specified time, we will need to cancel your booking, and no refund will be provided.
